"The 2025 Georgie Awards winners continue to set a new benchmark for home building excellence in our industry," association CEO Neil Moody said in a news release. "Despite economic and regulatory challenges, these builders, renovators, and designers have demonstrated resilience and ingenuity, delivering projects that elevate B.C.’s residential landscape. Their achievements highlight CHBA BC members’ commitment to quality and innovation, which defines our industry."
The Georgie Awards are open exclusively to members of CHBA BC’s eight affiliated home building associations throughout B.C., with all winning projects built, renovated, developed, created, and marketed between January 1, 2023, and October 31, 2024. Winners were selected by an independent panel of industry professionals from outside of B.C., with results verified by Renaissance Group CPA Ltd.
