Advocates who work daily with Greater Victoria's homeless community will gather Dec. 21 at 4 p.m. to remember people who died on the streets in 2013.
The ceremony will take place at the whale wall at the base of Yates Street near Wharf Street.
Rev. Al Tysick of the Victoria Dandelion Society will gather with organizers from the Committee to End Homelessness and the Greater Victoria Coalition to End Homelessness and read the names of those who died.
