The prolonged cold snap plaguing much of B.C. includes the usually balmy Greater Victoria.
That means ice for the fountains and snow for the early cherry blossoms.

Weather Canada forecasts snow and flurries each day – in varying degrees – through Monday. Daytime temperatures hover around 2 C with overnight lows of -4 and -5 C.
