We’re still weeks away from knowing whether or not it will be a white Christmas in the provincial capital, but we do know that Santa Claus will be making an early appearance this weekend.
It’s the 36th annual Island Farms Santa’s Light Parade on Saturday, Nov. 25 beginning at 4:45 p.m.
Come experience the magic in downtown Victoria with floats, bands, entertainment and lots of fun for the whole family. The parade begins at Government and Belleville streets and moves north up to Centennial Square and the McPherson Playhouse.
Come early as events will begin at 4 p.m. and Santa will light up the square following the parade at 6:58 p.m.
Don’t miss the free refreshments provided by Island Farms, while you witness Santa officially declare Christmas open in Victoria.
Any donations at the event will go to support the Mustard Seed Food Bank.
