FRIDAY

Find Mr. Nutcracker and his cousin Tommy Tempo as they visit Oak Bay every now through Nov. 26 as part of the Dance Victoria contest for ballet tickets. The first person to find them each day gets a gift, while everyone else that day is entered to win two tickets to the ballet. Each daily clue, posted through the Dance Victoria Facebook and Instagram accounts, includes a photo and a little tale of how Mr. Nutcracker and Tommy Tempo came to be at the day’s location.

SATURDAY

The fifth and final Moving Mountains fundraising hike takes place this Saturday, starting at 7 a.m. Participants will cover 27 kilometres through Mt. Finlayson, Jocelyn Hill and Mt. Work, taking approximately 10 to 12 hours to complete.

The third annual Holiday Home Tour is taking over the Bear Mountain Resort Community from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m., starting with a champagne reception in the penthouse at the Westin Bear Mountain Resort. Shuttles leave the resort every 30 minutes or participants can pick up a map and take a self-guided tour. Tickets are $25.

SUNDAY

Santa Claus will be making an apperance at Westshore Town Centre this Sunday, with a parade inside the shopping centre starting at 10:30 a.m.
