On June 3, 1981, at 9:15 a.m., Linda Pedersen, 24, was last seen for the last time. Now, 43 years later, the Victoria Police Department is appealing for any information that might help close the mystery.
Pedersen had left her Victoria apartment, leaving behind medication and valuables. She did not meet with a friend as planned at 4:30 p.m. on June 3.
Prior to her disappearance, Pedersen was described as five foot five inches with a medium build and reddish-blonde wavy hair.
According to the National Centre for Missing Persons and Unidentified Remains website, Pedersen was interested in theatre productions and was meeting with an actor.
