“As one of Victoria’s premier auditioned choirs, we are a vibrant community of passionate singers committed to artistic excellence,” the group said in a news release. "Each season, we present major choral-symphonic works spanning centuries of repertoire, often in collaboration with esteemed partners like the Victoria Symphony, Ballet Victoria and the Victoria Chamber Orchestra."
The 91-year-old ensemble is holding auditions for its 2025/2026 season Aug. 28 and Sept. 4.
The tryouts are slated for the Oak Bay United Church (1355 Mitchell St.) from 7 to 9 p.m. both days.
