5-vehicle rear-end crash messes up Greater Victoria morning commute

Traffic has tapered down to normal after a crash snarled the morning commute Wednesday (July 19).

No injuries were reported aftear a five-vehicle, rear-end crash in the southbound lanes near Burnside on ramp, said View Royal Fire Chief Paul Hurst.

View Royal Fire Rescue, West Shore RCMP and Westshore Towing cleared the crash within 30 minutes, but southbound morning commuters were backed up to Millstream in the meantime.
