Greater Victoria didn’t receive any snow on Christmas Day but can expect more strong winds up to 70 km/h, according to Environment Canada.
They report that the wind may cause damage and may continue until around midnight.
The wind is moving southeasterly along the water in and around not only Greater Victoria but the Southern Gulf Islands.
