The headquarters of the Savages motorcycle club in Langford is up for sale just months after police executed a search of the property as part of a multi-jurisdictional drug-trafficking investigation.

On Jan. 31, the Spencer Road clubhouse, along with eight other Greater Victoria properties, were raided by police in which officers seized 450 grams of fentanyl, 150 grams of methamphetamine, two guns and $46,000 in cash.

The 7,405-sq.-ft. property, which is going for almost $1.5 million, is described as “strategically located for convenience and visibility” and a “prime opportunity for savvy investors and business owners” on the Royal LePage website.

“With its practical layout and ample parking, it’s an attractive option for those seeking a strategic business location. Don’t miss your chance to secure this prime commercial real estate,” noted the website.

The Combined Forces Special Enforcment Unit of B.C, the provincial anti-gang policing agency, said the Savages are a support club of the Hells Angels.

During the warrant exicution, a Colwood resident and two Langford residents, one of which was a Savages member, were arrested.

Black Press Media has reached out to West Shore RCMP for comment.
