Langford assault alleged after man left restaurant carrying glass of wine

West Shore RCMP officers are investigating an alleged assault at a Langford restaurant.

Police were called to Browns Social House on 783 Goldstream Ave.

The police showed up at the restaurant and were told one person had been assaulted after confronting a male patron who had left the establishment while carrying a glass of wine at midnight on July 3. A suspect then walked out heading down Goldstream Avenue toward Veteran’s Memorial Way on foot.

The suspect is described as a white male with dark hair between ages 30 to 35. He was last seen wearing a black-and-beige-coloured vertical striped shirt, black pants, black and white sneakers and a grey and black backpack.

The West Shore RCMP is looking for the public’s help and asking if anyone who knows who the suspect is to call 250-474-2264.
