The Junction Furniture & Accessories permanently closed the doors of its shop on July 14 after 13 years at its Fort Street location.

“We would like to take a moment to appreciate your support over the last 13 years in this fabulous Fort Street location. We have so much gratitude for the connections we’ve made with many of you,” a Facebook post read.

The shop has been having “moving on” sales for the last month since announcing its closure on June 16.

But this might not be the end for the Junction. The post continued by saying, “this is not goodbye,” but did not provide any location in terms of its next steps.

The shop is still encouraging customers to contact them regarding painting sales and will continue to have works available.

“We haven’t ironed out the details yet… We’ll have to make some changes but will keep you informed,” it said in the comments section.
