The Oak Bay Police Department is asking for public assistance in finding Andrew, who is known to frequent Victoria's downtown core.
The 50-year-old is described as 5'7", around 165 pounds, with short grey hair and green eyes.
Police say he is currently believed to be unhoused.
Anyone who locates Andrew is asked to call 911, or the Oak Bay PD general phone line at 250-592-2424.
