Suspect sought after $20K worth of jewelry stolen in Langford

West Shore RCMP are investigating a report of theft at Westshore Jewelry in Langford.

Police say a male suspect tried on several necklaces on Saturday (Dec. 9) and fled the store without paying for the jewelry, which was worth approximately $20,000.

RCMP are asking for the the public’s assistance to identify the suspect.

The suspect is described as 25 to 30 years old, with dark hair, a mustache and pockmarks on his face.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call West Shore RCMP at 250-474-2264.

The investigation is ongoing.
