UPDATE: Wanted man last seen in Victoria arrested in Surrey

A Canada-wide warrant was issued when Milad Herbert didn’t return to a facility in Victoria

Wanted man Milad Herbert was arrested on Sept. 30 in Surrey.

The Victoria Police Department had asked residents to be on the lookout after a Canda-wide warrant was issued when he didn’t return to his residence.

Herbert, 32, was wanted for suspension of his statutory release after walking away from a community residential facility in Victoria, VicPD said in an alert issued Sept. 26. He was last seen the evening of Sept. 25 in downtown Victoria.
