The Victoria Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a "high-risk" missing 67-year-old man who suffers from mental health issues and was last seen at 3 p.m. on April 1 in the 1000-block of Lyall Street.
According to a VicPD news release, Miroslav is described as a Caucasian man standing at 6'5" with a heavy build and brown hair. He is believed to be travelling on foot with a walker and might be wearing a red jacket.
"Miroslav was reported missing just before 8 p.m. yesterday (April 1) and officers have been working since then to locate him," noted the news release.
Anyone who sees Miroslav is asked to call 911 and reference file number 25-11490. Anyone with information about where he may be is asked to call the VicPD Report Desk at 250-995-7654 extension 1.
