Whether you're looking to clear out your garage, freshen up your wardrobe or score some amazing deals, Esquimalt’s largest garage sale is taking over both the curling and hockey arenas, ensuring there’s space for a wide variety of pre-loved goods. From household items and sporting equipment to books, clothes and kids’ gear, there’s something for everyone.
Needing a little something to fuel your shopping trip? Country Crepes, Brubike, and the Lions Club will all be on site with some delicious food and beverage options.
Doors will open to the public at 9 a.m. sharp. Best of all, admission for shoppers is completely free!
Celebrate a full Earth Week of activities
From April 22 to 26, Esquimalt Recreation is teaming up with local community organizations to host their first Earth Week pop-up series, offering a variety of recycling stations and educational opportunities. This series will spotlight the many amazing initiatives taking place in the community, that locals can become involved with.

Looking for ways to reduce waste and give back to the community? The Earth Week series will feature recycling and donation stations for household goods, fabrics and electronics, making it easier than ever to dispose of items responsibly. Organizations such as Lifecycles Project, Compost Education Centre, BC Transit, Parks Canada and Shift Energy will be on hand to share their expertise on composting, sustainable transportation, solar energy, and more.
