Esquimalt is gearing up for the return of its biggest block party – and this year, it’s set to be even better than ever.
On Saturday, June 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the 2025 Neighbourhood Party will transform Bullen Park into a hub of music, food and family fun.
This lively community event promises something for everyone, from live performances and local eats to kid-friendly activities and interactive experiences with local organizations. It’s a celebration of all things Esquimalt – with a whole lot of heart.
- Live entertainment – Enjoy performances from local favourites like the Esquimalt Ukulele Club, Theatre Al Dente, Island Rhythmic Gymnastics and the ever-energetic Max Francis.
- Tasty eats – Indulge in barbecue classics from the Esquimalt Lions, sweet treats from the Ice Cream Truck and cool drinks served by BruBike.
- Family fun & games – Let the kids can bounce off a little energy in the inflatable castle, compete in giant lawn games like Jenga and cornhole, or cool off at the newly opened Esquimalt Splash Park – swimsuits recommended!
- Kid Vendor market – Young entrepreneurs will showcase their creativity at the Kid Vendor Market, offering handmade goods and original creations.
- Community connections – Local organizations will offer engaging activities including volleyball with Urban Rec, an obstacle course courtesy of the Pacific Institute for Sport Education and crafts with Esquimalt Neighbourhood House.
With limited parking available, guests are encouraged to walk, bike or take transit to make the most of the day. Activities will be spread across Bullen Park and the nearby recreation centre.
