The 60 Day Challenge is back at Esquimalt Recreation, offering a dynamic way to kickstart your fitness journey in the new year. Running from January to March 2025, this annual program encourages participants to set personalized fitness goals and achieve them with the guidance of a personal trainer in a supportive small group setting.
The challenge combines accountability, motivation, and variety to help participants build a sustainable fitness routine. Working in a small group at a set time each week, participants receive hands-on coaching from Esquimalt’s friendly personal trainers. Sessions take place in the weight room and fitness studio, where trainers introduce creative exercises to keep workouts both effective and fun.
Participants will also have access to special fitness classes and workshops, motivational emails, and exciting prizes to keep them engaged throughout the challenge. Plus, a three-month recreation pass is included, allowing for additional workouts outside of the guided sessions.
The 60 Day Challenge only happens once a year, and registration closes Jan. 4, 2025. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to feel alive and energized in the new year! Sign up today at esquimalt.ca/programs.
