Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s help in locating the following individuals who were wanted as of May 16, 2017.

Timothy Salach is wanted for driving while prohibited. Salach is described as a 50-year-old male, five-foot-six, 161 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes.

Amanda Clarricoates is wanted for theft under $5,000 and breach of recognizance. Clarricoates is described as a 26-year-old female, five-foot-three, 119 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Kenneth Francis is wanted for assault causing bodily harm. Francis is described as a 41-year-old male, five-foot-seven, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Angie Sam is wanted for use of a forged document, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and possession of stolen property. Sam is described as a 31-year-old female, five-foot-three, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Dylan Holstein is wanted for theft under $5,000. Holstein is described as a 27-year-old male, five-foot-five, 141 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Zachary Ratcliffe is wanted for two counts of failing to comply with an order. Ratcliffe is described as a 25-year-old male, six-foot-one, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
