Victoria police say one man is responsible for three reported armed robberies.
The first happened at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 at the liquor store in the Ramada Inn on Gorge Road. A man flashed a knife and made off with some cash, fleeing on a grey bike.
On Thursday, Sept. 15, a suspect brandished a knife and demanded cash at the Blue Ridge Motel in the 3100-block of Douglas St.
The latest happened Monday at 7 a.m. at the Travelodge Hotel on Gorge. A handgun was allegedly pulled on a staffer, but the suspect didn’t get any cash.
The suspect is described as in his late 20s or early 30s, 5’9” to 5’11”. Surveillance video images are posted at www.youtube.com/user/vicpdcanada.
