The B.C. Legislature building is already lit up with Christmas lights, as is the annual tradition in Victoria, but here’s your chance to witness the lighting of the provincial Christmas tree.
Head down to the corner of Government and Belleville streets at 6:30 p.m. tonight for festive performances from the Viva Voice Youth Choir, Victoria Children’s Choir, SingYourJoy Young Adult Chorus and the Reynolds Secondary School Carol band.
After the lighting of the giant sequoia on the front lawn, head inside the parliament buildings for more music and seasonal treats.
