After a lengthy battle, the tent city on the lawns of the Victoria courthouse is reportedly being shut down.
Chief Justice Christopher Hinkson ordered the camp to be shut down by Aug. 8, after deeming it unsafe.
Hinkson denied the province's first injunction to remove the campers earlier this year.
