Shelbourne Plaza is back open, after a propane leak Wednesday morning forced an evacuation of the mall.
Around 8:30 a.m. a truck packed into a pipe at the rear of the plaza, resulting in a propane leak.
Initial reports from police said the pipe was leaking natural gas. Fortis B.C. was called, but their gas technician on site determined the leaking fuel was coming from a propane tank.
The plaza was reopened around 10 a.m.
