Saanich police were still on scene late morning after a crash at Saanich Road and Oak Street left a car on its roof just after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
After the crash the small sedan sat upside down, airbags deployed, in the intersection next to the McDonald’s restaurant. Saanich police said in a statement a car travelling east on Saanich Road struck a car turning left onto Oak Street. The impact caused the turning car to roll over.
