In response to the Mann Avenue bike lane: Saanich stated that the garbage bins will only block part of the sidewalk. That is unacceptable considering a girl with scoliosis in a wheelchair was unable to use the sidewalk near my house due to a car's tires slightly on the sidewalk. Those vehicles received tickets from the District of Saanich for violation of bylaws. How are garbage cans any different?
