I too have observed too many near mishaps on this well-loved Dallas Road.
As tourists, over the years, we always made our way here, respectful of residents/walkers/bikers, etc. We have relocated to live here now – first at Clover Point, and now nearer to Ogden Point with better accommodations.
My thoughts are that throughout the city there are many overhead cameras, which alleviate the need for extra policing of speeders. What a concept. Why not try that here too? Maybe start at Fisherman’s Wharf and go all the way to where Ross Bay Cemetary begins.
Seems to me that the revenue would pay for the extra cameras. Just saying.
