I am in total agreement with the letter by Jeremy King, Greater Victoria cyclists not following the rules of the road.
I use my e-bike almost as a second car but also am a car driver. It infuriates me when I see bicyclists all dressed in black especially at night without any lights. Seems to me it would be very easy to hand out tickets with similar rules as car drivers. Everyone I talk to feels the same way, so why are we not doing any enforcement?
