LETTER: North Saanich council takes unreasonable stance on pickleball

Council has chosen to prioritize a few complaints over hundreds of citizens who have endlessly offered to resolve the complaints

You have probably heard about the boisterous pickleball supporters at the most recent North Saanich council meeting. Their passion for their cause is being trampled by an unreasonable mayor and council that has chosen to prioritize a few complaints over hundreds of citizens who have endlessly offered to resolve the complaints.

And then a neighbour speaks at the meeting and openly claims the sound of happy people disturbs his peace and quiet. Oh my God.

So let's not jump on a group of dedicated people who are simply trying to play a game and make it acceptable (noise mitigation) to their neighbours.  The frustration is unbearable.
