Week nine of the CFL season is in the books and week 10 is on the horizon.
But before we preview week 10, let's take a look back at week nine:
- In probably the most unexpected result of the season so far, the B.C. Lions got shutout, losing 25-0 to Winnipeg, and losing quarterback Vernon Adams Jr. for a couple weeks;
- Montreal remains the best team in the league as they beat the Hamilton Tigercats 33-16;
- Edmonton?! Yes, Edmonton got their first week of the season, beating Saskatchewan 42-31;
- Calgary scored 21 points in the fourth quarter to come from behind and beat Toronto 27-23.
As for us, we both went 2/3 last week, but Bowen won the head-to-head match-up, ending Jordy's four-week winning streak. Jordy is 19/27 on the season and Bowen is 16/27.
