The Victoria Shamrocks were out for revenge Friday (June 16) as they hosted the Maple Ridge Burrards, but didn’t quite get it, despite sending the game into overtime.
The two teams traded goals, words, and more than words throughout the game with 19 penalties combined over three periods and a final score of 10-10.
Revenge was in order after the Burrards handed the Shamrocks their only loss of the season so far back on May 28.
On Saturday night, the Shamrocks head to Nanaimo for their next game against the Timbermen, while their next home game is set for June 23 at The Q Centre.
