Families, friends, contestants, and their dogs gathered on the lawn of Victoria’s Carr House for the Howl-oween Pet Parade

Dozens of spooky dogs and their owners proudly strolled down the catwalk in front of Victoria's Carr House for the fourth annual Howl-oween Pet Parade on Saturday (Oct. 27).

Held in the front yard of Carr House National Historic Site, the event invited contestants and spectators alike to enjoy the parade of costumed pets.

Awards were given for categories such as best owner-pet combo, scariest costume, best Emily Carr-themed outfit, and best homemade costume.
