A trio of consul generals will line up Oct. 17 at the BCGEU hall to talk about positive changes in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The panel presentation, titled Latin America and the Caribbean: Political, Economic and Cultural Changes of the 21st Century, focuses on movements that are seeing progressive governments elected and revolutionary policies put in place.
The panellists: consul generals Javier Dómokos Ruiz (Cuba), Merli Vanegas (Venezuela) and Lucia Helena (El Salvador), will offer up-to-date accounts of the changes and talk about what the future may hold for their countries.
