A section of Fort Street was jam-packed Saturday (June 3) as Victoria’s first StreetFest of 2023 got underway.
The Upper Fort StreetFest saw the road between Cook and Vancouver closed to motorists and converted into a bustling pedestrian market, featuring everything from food trucks to local business vendors, bouncy castles and face painting to a beer garden.
Live music kept everyone entertained on the street all day, while businesses opened their doors and made special offers to mark the occasion.
Many of the booths offered unique activities like a photo booth for dogs and a custom T-shirt booth where people could decorate their shirts with paint-filled water guns.
