Victoria beer lovers are getting ‘hopped’ up for nine days of the tastiest ambers, sours, ales and IPAs.
Victoria Beer Week is returning for its sixth year in the city and has new and exciting additions such as ‘beer school’ –classes to help beer-lovers learn more about the wonderful world of flavours, pairing, brewing and even cooking.

This year’s Beer Week runs from March 1 to 9 and features more than 20 events, including a cooking with hops workshop, a home brewing workshop and a long table brewery tour.
The Victoria Beer Week Society is set to become simply the “Victoria Beer Society” as it takes over the biggest beer events in the city – adding Great Canadian Beer Festival to its roster of brew-themed events.
