Annual Michael Dunahee run and walk event returning to Esquimalt

The search continues for a missing Victoria man 33 years after his disappearance.

Michael Dunahee vanished from a Victoria playground at the age of four on March 24, 1991.

The 33rd annual Michael Dunahee Keep the Hope Alive five-kilometre fun run and walk will take place on March 24 in support of Dunahee’s family and Child Find B.C.

The event will begin at the Esquimalt Recreation Centre at 10 a.m.

This case is one of Canada’s largest missing child investigations.

On the 30th anniversary of Dunahee’s disappearance, a tip portal was launched at vicpd.ca/michaeldunaheetips. Tips can also be reported at 250-995-7444.
