On day 14 of the federal election campaign, Liberal Party leader Mark Carney is set to make his first appearance in B.C. with a stop in Victoria.

Greater Victoria residents are invited to a “special event with Mark Carney” on April 6 at 6 p.m., with doors opening at 5 p.m., at the Victoria Edelweiss Club (108 Niagara St.).

A party spokesperson described the event as a “meet and greet” where the leader will connect with community members, deliver remarks, and be joined by local candidates.

Members of the public are invited to RSVP at shorturl.at/6pRMp to attend the event.

More to come…
