If you're looking for a magical festive night by the water, look no further.
The Greater Victoria Harbour Authority (GVHA) is all set to light up the Inner Harbour on Thursday (Dec. 5.).
The Harbour Holiday Light Up will take place at the lower causeway and Ship Point pier between 5 and 7 p.m.
“The GVHA maintenance team has been working hard to create the lights display," said Emily Dobby, who helped organize this year’s event. "We’re excited to bring people together to enjoy this magical evening.”
Visitors to the Inner Harbour can already see lights along the lower causeway pathway and around the Welcome to Victoria flower beds.
The first 500 guests will receive free hot chocolate and cookies with a special orca design.
This is the sixth year the light-up event has taken place in the Causeway Marina since 2019.
The Harbour Holiday Light Up has been expanded to the lower causeway where local artisans, vendors and food trucks offer a diverse range of handcrafted gifts and treats just in time for Christmas.
