Victoria Police is asking for the public’s help in identifying a cyclist following a "disturbance" involving a horse-drawn carriage.
The incident occurred on Monday, July 14, at approximately 11:30 a.m. in the 300-block of Belleville Street. Both the cyclist and carriage were travelling westbound.
"While details are limited due to the ongoing investigation, we are asking the public for assistance in identifying the cyclist involved," said Victoria Police's communication coordinator Gemma Stroobant. "I am unable to provide further details regarding the disturbance at this time."
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who can identify the cyclist, is asked to call the non-emergency line at 250-995-7654 and reference file number 25-26628.
