Having heard the community's concerns since the draft Quadra McKenzie Plan (QMP) was released in October 2024, Saanich council will receive a staff report on potential revisions at a special meeting on Feb. 11.

The report will outline land use, transportation, and possible changes to better reflect public feedback and address community concerns.

The meeting agenda and report will be available online Feb. 6 at Saanich.ca on the council meeting schedule page.

Residents can participate in the meeting in person or online and submit feedback through email at council@saanich.ca, by mail to city hall (770 Vernon Ave., Victoria, BC, V8X 2W7), or in person at the legislative division, second floor.

Submissions must be received by noon on the day of the meeting to be included in the public record.

Registration details for online participation are available on shorturl.at/p5yqz. More information on the QMP project can be found at saanich.ca/QMS.
