The development proposes to make full use of the maximum allowable height on the site (16 metres) and proposes 20 parking spaces, one above the requirement. The development also includes 20 spots (one above the requirement) for bicycle parking and electric vehicle charging stations.
It is not clear when the development will appear at council’s committee-of-the-whole.
The supporting document lists MGF Project Services as the registered owner and de Hoog & Kierulf Architects as the designing architect.
