Cougar spotted near Cloverdale Avenue

There’s has been a report of a cougar sighting in the heart of Saanich early Saturday morning. Police say the employees of a business in the 900 block of Cloverdale Ave. saw the animal and that it was “larger than a German shepherd and definitely a cougar.”
