I was reading The Magician’s Nephew, a book in the Narnia series, for a school project and the book is such an imaginative tale.
I first picked it up because of its wonderful illustrations but put it down only after my thinking sprang to different ideas and thoughts.

Before I’d read Narnia I actually started writing a story of my own. I floated away from it sooner than later because of my own pale form of writing. Then I found Narnia.

Narnia taught me how to make an uplifting, progressive and well told story. It gave me rich and passionate ideas about story building craftsmanship. Narnia should be picked up first for all new and developing writers.
