Clover Point should be enjoyed by all just like the viewpoint at the top of Mount Douglas.
The road to the viewpoint at Mount Douglas is closed before noon for the healthy and fit among us to have for themselves. Why not apply the same solution to Clover Point? Surely that would not require $250,000 or a staff of engineers to figure out.
