The marina waterfront is a potential Oak Bay gem. It is important to get the terms of its renewal right. We will have to live with the result for 30 years.
The community questionnaire was badly designed. It is impossible to draw meaningful conclusions from the replies. The community has issues around the site and use of the marina, and possible tax implications.
