On Feb. 18, while out for my walk on Bowerbank Road, my walker contacted an uneven portion of the sidewalk connected to a drain grid. The walker stopped cold but I didn’t.
Lying in a bloody heap, doing a review for any breaks, two very kind folks came to help me get up. I made it home OK under the watchful eye of my rescuers, who came to my door the next day just for a wellness check.
