PHOTOS: Good food and good times at Oak Bay Spring Nosh

The annual event returned to Oak Bay Avenue Saturday, June 17

Oak Bay Avenue was once again filled with good food and good times Saturday (June 17) as the Oak Bay Spring Nosh returned.

New flavours mingled with longtime favourites this year as Tapas on Oak was welcomed to the community event focused on eateries in the 2000-block of Oak Bay Avenue, as did eateries from elsewhere in the district, including Oak Bay Beach Hotel and Penny Farthing.

Late into the noon hour, the outdoor patio space had plenty of hungry visitors of all ages enjoying the food, live entertainment courtesy of Teagan and Sonja and Los Gringos Locos, and a giant game of Jenga.

The event was first held by the Oak Bay Business Improvement Association in 2017 and has grown steadily since as one of the group’s main annual events.
