Vancouver Canucks surprise Kelowna woman on 105 birthday

Dorothy Palmer of Kelowna received a jersey with her name on it from the Vancouver Canucks to celebrate her 105 birthday.

Dorothy Palmer is a long-time Vancouver Canucks fan. 

The Kelowna senior turned 105 and the hockey team decided to do something special for the lifelong fan. 

Palmer received a Canucks jersey from the team with her last name adorned on the back with the number 105. 

Captain Quinn Hughes also sent a message. 

"You inspire myself and my teammates. Hopefully we make you proud next season and hopefully we get you out to a game," Hughes said in a recorded message. "Congratulations on the milestone."
