I would just like to say what a great job the owners and employees at Village Foods are doing in these trying times.

Hand washing and social distancing are only part of the solution to the COVID-19 pandemic.

All humans were created only once.

The utter indifference by all levels of government to the well-being of our senior citizens during this COVID-19 pandemic is a national disgrace. It proves beyond a doubt that systemic ageism is deeply entrenched in our halls of power.

With the coronavirus now dominating all media and all discussion, we risk forgetting about the much larger crisis posed by climate change.

The closure of the Yard & Garden Waste Drop Off is unnecessary and almost cruel. Gardening in your own yard while complying with social distancing recommendations is one of the last, worthwhile, satisfying activities that we can do under the pandemic restrictions.
