Environmental devastation of Ten Mile Point a sign of the times? It started out so well… the Ten Mile Point ecological reserve was established in 1975 citing a rich sea and inter-tidal zone and migratory bird sanctuary.

On July 26, 2019 I fainted while driving by myself along Highway 17 (just passed Mt Newton X Rd). I rolled my car into a very deep ditch. My car continued to slide, narrowly missing all the signposts.

I have sent an open letter to the municipalities on the Saanich Peninsula about the lack of spray parks (splash pads) on the Peninsula.
